Fresh Vegetable Sauce for Pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup thinly sliced Our World Organics Carrots 1 cup sliced organic mushrooms ½ cup chopped Our World Organics Yellow Onions 1 (28-oz.) can organic chopped tomatoes ¼ cup fresh organic basil, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon pepper 8 oz. of pasta, cooked

Directions:
1. Sauté garlic, carrots, mushrooms, and onions in oil for 5 to 10 minutes or until onions are tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve over hot, cooked pasta.
Yield:
4 servings
