Spiced Carrot Muffins
1¾ cups flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground cloves ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup Our World Organics Carrots, shredded 1 cup shredded organic apples ½ cup milk ½ cup oil 2 organic eggs ½ cup golden raisins

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place muffin liners in 14 muffin cups.
2. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices. Stir in carrots and apples. In small bowl, combine milk, oil, and eggs. Add to carrot mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins.
3. Fill each muffin cup ¾ full with batter. Bake at 400° F for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Yield:
14 muffins
