Broccoli Salad Medley with Raisins, Sunflower Seeds & Bacon Bits
4 cups Our World Organics Broccoli Florets ½ cup Our World Organics Carrots, shredded 3 to 4 organic green onions, sliced (about ¼ cup) ¼ cup sliced organic celery ½ cup golden raisins or 1 cup halved organic grapes ½ cup cooked bacon bits ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon dry mustard ¼ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
2. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until vegetables and fruit are evenly coated. For best flavor, allow to stand for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Refrigerate any leftovers.

10 (½-cup servings)
